Should possess Very good communication skills in English.
Mode of interview : F2F. On Saturday 14 July 18
Responsibilities and Duties :
- You will have to place calls to our USA based customers and verify about the order they have placed with us.
- Need to communicate effectively with the team if there were any grievances with the customer.
- Should ensure that the customer is happy to have him serve by us.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- Should have at least 6 months of International Outbound calling experience or 4 year of International Inbound experience.
- Should possess a good fluency in English.
- Should be able to work in the night shifts
- Should be a quick learner.
- Should be ready to join immediately.
