Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive (Canada -Voice Process). In this role, you will handle voice support for customers of a pizza chain, delivering excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers in the Canada region.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to menu items, pricing, delivery, and order taking.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Log all interactions in the system accurately and comprehensively.
- Provide detailed information about promotions, deals, and new products.
- Process orders, track deliveries, and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Maintain extensive product knowledge to offer effective solutions.
- Follow company policies and ensure consistent, high-quality customer service.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanour with customers.
- Monitor and handle emails and social media inquiries when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven customer support experience, preferably in a call centre or BPO environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Familiarity with the Canadian market is an advantage.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with customer service software, CRM tools, and other systems.
- Effective problem-solving skills with professionalism in handling challenges.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with high call volumes.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
