Position : Customer support Executive (Female)
Qualification : Any degree
Experience : 1 to 3 Years
Job Location : Pune & Faridabad
Responsibilities :
- Calls routed through Toll-Free must be closed with customer satisfaction according to the leads (Service / Sales).
- Identify and Assess customers need to achieve satisfaction.
- Manage daily Incoming / Out Bound Calls.
- Follow up with Dealer / Service Centre / Staff to ensure the solution is given to the customer.
- Manage all the records and taking extra mile to engage the customer with at most satisfaction.
- Presentation skill on the routine work/task
Education :
UG : Any Graduate - Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, B.Sc - Any Specialization, B.Com - Commerce, B.A - Any Specialization, BCA - Computers
PG : Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, MS/M.Sc(Science) - Any Specialization
