- Respond to customer queries and issues over call/email/chat
- Help Desk ticket management
- Build product knowledge for support & sales purposes
- Capture & share customer feedback
- Solving customer issues while working with cross-functional teams
- Work within the SLAs and strict timelines
- Connect with inbound leads within SLA
- Sales CRM management
- Generate opportunities by identifying needs and understanding budget
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Well versed with PACT process
- Ability to schedule and give product demos via GoToMeeting, join me etc.
- Achieving monthly and quarterly targets
