Personality traits
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Problem solving ability.
- Good typing speed (minimum 25 wpm with 90% accuracy)
- Customer service orientation.
- Spoken Hindi communication (Mandatory)
- Willingness to work in shifts (Flexible to work in 24 x 7 environment)
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing Voice support/chat support for customers on pre order sand post order service.
- Performs work in accordance to standardized policies and procedures.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction through effective handling of customer problems.
- Work requires strong analytical ability to resolve complex issues in addition to effective Voice/written skills
