Customer Support/Customer Service/ Sales Support Role - BPO (0-5 yrs)
1. Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner
2. Able to manage customer relationships over calls
3. Need to collect as many as referral leads and provide them to Sales Team
4. Follow communication - scripts- when handling different topics
5. Identify customers- needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
6. Seize opportunities to upsell products and collect leads when they arise
7. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
8. Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way
9. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements :
1. Track record of over-achieving quota
2. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
3. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
4. Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
5. Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
KPIs :
1. Calls min 120 calls a day
2. Talktime min 3 hrs a day
3. 20 Referral Leads collection in a day
Compensation : Salary up to 3 LPA + Incentives
