Job Title : Customer Service Professional
Experience : 0 - 2 years (FRESHERS)
Salary : 1.8 lacs p.a - 2.6 lacs p.a
Shift : Rotational shift
Type : International Voice Process
Working Days : 5 days work
Communication : Excellent in English
Qualification : 12+/Graduate/PG
Transportation : Two way Cab (home pick & drop)

Roles & Responsibilities :
International Voice Process :
- The process is into UK/US Shifts, Cab facility is provided. 5 days working, 2 weekly offs, rotational and split offs
- Provide thorough support and problem resolution for customers.
- Maintain composure and patience in face of difficult customer situations.
- Build and maintain successful relationships with service providers, dealers, and consumers.
Functional Skill Required :
- Qualification Graduates / Undergraduates.
- Candidate should have Excellent communication skills
- Candidate should be flexible / Willing to work in UK/US shifts/ Rotational Shifts.
- Two ways Transport provided.
- 5 days working, 2 weekly offs, (rotational/split offs).
