Customer Success Specialist - Executive Search Firm (1-6 yrs)

Role : Customer Success Specialist
Responsibilities :
- Track product usage on sandbox and production environments and run analysis
- Track progress towards customer journey milestones in sandbox and production environments
- Communicate above findings and collaborate with the CS manager and relevant teams to move the customer towards their next milestone
- Proactively intervene for optimal usage of sandbox/ product features and bring customers on track towards desired outcome
- Proactively identify signs of customer risk, flag unhappy customers and collaborate cross- functionally for risk mitigation (Gather customer feedback on the sandbox & product and communicate to appropriate teams)
- Maintain ongoing dialogue and build trusted relationships with the customers to provide education on benefits of optimal usage of the product features to increase their financial and clinical outcomes
- Ongoing education to customers on new product features/ upgrades
Required skills :
- Working knowledge of Clevertap or Google Analytics
- Experience working in Customer Success function and managing customers (2 - 4 years)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with empathy, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent documentation skills
- Education : Bachelor's Degree
