The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and effectively communicating with clients. The role will involve utilizing analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Qualifications :
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Analytical skills and ability to understand customer needs
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer support
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- At least 10+2 education completed
Salary : 4 LPA + Incentives
