Customer Success Role - Up Selling (1-4 yrs)
Do you feel happy when your users are satisfied? And conversely, do you feel happy when your users are getting success and upgrading?
- In this role, you will handle all aspects of upgrade and renewals and ensure adoption/usage/consumption, proactively solving issues, teeing up and executing the renewal/upgrade, and more.
- You will conduct customer performance reviews through discovery conversations, renewal negotiations and closure.
- You delight in deep discovery and solution-selling.
- Customer interactions and communicating is handled through Whatsapp/telephone/email/chat for all aspects of the sales cycle, including price and contract quotations, solicitation, inquiries, negotiation, and problem resolution.
