Customer Success Role - Recruitment Firm (1-6 yrs)
- Job opening in one of the reputed client of Sapwood Ventures for the role "Customer Success".
Work Mode : Work from office, 5 days working
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which include : Client. On-Boarding, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and satisfaction.
- Establish a trusted/strategic adviser relationship with each assigned client and drive continued value of our product.
- Develop and nurture customers for advocacy.
- Work with clients- aid the customer in achieving their goals.
- Work to identify and/or develop up-sell opportunities.
- Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally.
- Build relationships to further upsell/ generate references & testimonials
- Accountable for the overall health of a Customer
Skills :
1. Minimum 1 Year of B2B Customer Success experience is must
2. Excellent written and verbal communication (Regional language fluency must)
