Job Description :
1. Develop and manage relationships and communications with HR SPOC at client side (CHROs/HR Head/Benefits/other HR team members) for enabling visibility among the on boarded employees of the client.
2. Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value.
3. Liaison with the marketing team and facilitating email marketing campaigns being sent to employees (either directly or through HR SPOC).
4. Ensure steady participation from employees of the on boarded corporate clients through various engagement activities like webinars, on-premises activities, AMA sessions etc. that would highlight the employee benefits offerings of
5. Procure testimonials from the HR leaders and other SPOCs present of existing clients and record success stories of key client employees who have made purchases on
6.Provide white glove services to top key management professionals (CXOs / HODs) and HR team members for each existing client and perform a gap analysis to share valued recommendations on their personal insurance portfolio.
7. Identify and cross-sell opportunities of corporate insurance products like GMC, GPA, GTL, Corporate, Fleet, Corporate Travel etc. to existing clients.
8. Generate referrals within the HR fraternity from the existing client relationships.
9. Analyze customer data to improve customer experience.
10. Hold product demonstrations for customers.
11. Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
12. Aid in product design and product development.
13. Ensure periodic delivery of reports to HR and host reviews to implement course corrections, if any.

2. Being comfortable holding conversations with senior client stakeholders (CXOs/HODs) and leverage these discussions to deliver on KRAs.
