We are hiring for an Energy Services firm providing innovative solutions to help clients improve their building's energy performance and save money.
The Job
Responsibilities:
- Onboard customers and increase engagement with our products.
- Collaborate directly with the customers to help solve their problems and ensure their satisfaction.
- Responsible for creating and updating support documentation knowledgebase.
- Facilitate training webinars and customer training sessions.
- Design, develop and deliver interactive product training in a variety of formats including video, e-learning, and virtual sessions for our customers.
- Work with cross-functional leaders to deliver outcomes for our customers. You will collaborate closely with employees to ensure customer questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
- Define customer needs and requirements. Gather, analyse, and organise technical information from subject matter experts.
- Translate customer needs into technical/feature specifications for the hardware and software teams. Ensure that installations and applications are in line with customer needs and safety standards.
- Identify and generate use-case write ups for customers based on the data acquired from their sites and help create a case to their management to scale up the product across the organisation.
Ideal Candidate :
Requirements:
- You possess a degree/diploma in Electrical engineering.
- You have at least 2 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Industrial.
- You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
