Customer Success Role (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
2. Analyze customer data to improve customer experience.
3. Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure.
4. Mediate between clients and the organization.
5. Aid in product design and product development.
6. Serve as our customers- single point of contact for any tech-related matters.
Requirement :
1. 2+ years of proven experience in customer focus position as a Customer Success Engineer / Support Engineer / Technical Account Manager / Delivery Engineer
2. B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
3. Language knowledge required in one of NodeJs, Python, Java.
4. Background in AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Networking - an advantage.
5. Experience in SAAS B2B software companies - an advantage.
