Job description
1. Manage Customer Success team (OLABI Platform User Help Desk team)
2. Ensure that all customer helpdesk tickets are resolved in a timely manner.
3. Interface between technology teams and Customer users for on-boarding and post go live.
3. Manage large Enterprise Customer relationship
4. Communicate and manage enterprise customers users on day to day basis.
5. Setup and drive Customer Success Performance and appraisal systems.
Candidate experience / Profile :
1. Retail, E-commerce background
2. At least 3-4 years experience working in customer success team.
3. Excellent written / spoken skills in English
4. Should have atleast one year as Leadrole.
5. Female candidate preferred.

Lower/Mid Management Work experience in SAAS product companies like Wooqer/Capillary/Razor Pay etc.
