Job Description EXPERIENCE: 1- 4 years
An ideal candidate would have
- 2-5 years of hands on experience in a customer facing role (preferably as a key account manager for mid-large corporate accounts)
- Is mature and polished to manage and build deep relationships with mid-level and CXO level customers
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, and has consistently take a structured quantitative approach to account management and customer success
- Strong listening and coordination skills to appreciate customer's concern and work along with tech team to successfully resolve them
- Keen interest in the business side of things, and ability to form & voice
- Strong desire to excel
- Unafraid to take risks & fail
- Comfort with operating at scale and speed amidst flux
- Bonus: Experience in a customer facing role for a startup/SaaS company/ a travel related product
Responsibilities
- Be a thought leader for the company and the customer success function
- Refine and implement a structured approach for onboarding new customers, and post-sales efforts in building and delivering value
- Build systems / processes to track user activity (especially adoption of our product), diagnose potential problem areas, and coordinate with other teams to resolve these issues
- Execute content / feedback campaigns to engage users, and increase their activity on the platform
- Schedule & conduct regular reviews with customers key stakeholders to demonstrate value & successfully renew accounts
