Customer Success Manager - IT (2-5 yrs)
We are looking for Customer Success Manager. You will be expected to interact with customers to understand their queries post enrolment. Additionally, you will be expected to build a relationship with the customer. Bottom line, make our customers love us.
Responsibilities :
- Analyse product gaps through interactions with customers and route it back internally.
- Strong customer centric approach .
- Direct feedback interaction with customer for feedback.
- Coordinating with customer pre/on and post enrollment.
- Resolving the customer grievance immediately in coordination with respective department.
- Should have out of box thinking for new Ideas and thought process.
- Manage post sales activity and on boarding of new customers.
- Manage support escalations.
Job requirements :
- Ability to think through a business both strategically and operationally.
- Strong interpersonal, time management, and problem solving skill.
- 3+ years of experience in providing customer services.
