Position: Customer Success Analyst

What would he do :

- Report to executives on Usage, Renewals and forecasts for upcoming month/quarter, e.g. through dashboards and presentations.

- Pull data from different platforms & tools in order to measure the overall operational performance.

- Track leading indicators of adoption and renewals, and analyze them to understand what's going well and what's not

- Risk Management: Detect early signals of at-risk renewals, define best practices to mitigate it. - Build/Streamline Processes: Identify gaps in the current processes and help build and implement new scalable ones

- Create a central source of insights that other business teams can draw from in order to make strategic, data-driven decisions.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, & Finance to design & drive scalable solutions that support strategies & drive exponential growth. 

- Forecast hiring needs; Provide materials and data that help Customer Success Group work more effectively

- Implement and manage the software that facilitates CSM Ops activities Requirement How does he/she look:

- 2-5 years of work experience with a BE/BTech and management degree. 

- Passion for designing processes that scale - Enjoys - getting their hands dirty- by digging into complex operations

- Clear communicator and strong listening skills; open to input from other team members and departments

- Exceptional analytical skills, quantitative skills

- Extremely organized, detail & process-oriented
