Customer & Shopper Marketing Manager - FMCG (4-9 yrs)
Job Description
- Planograms & Assortment - Develop brand planograms
- Launch Support Plan in coordination with Marketing and Sales for new launches.
- Yearly Promotions Planning / Management Develop yearly promotional plan on category level for brands & country level in line with brand guidelines, Sales feedback as well as shoppers' insights.
- Promotions Evaluation Pre-& post promotions evaluation through: estimated ROI, IMS, Nielsen figures, Sales Head and Marketing heads feedback as well as market data readings when applicable.
- Functional Coordination Consult with other functions internally (Managing Director/Country GM, Sales Director, Marketing Director, Supply Chain, Product Management & Finance) as well as externally (Agencies, Key Accounts & Shoppers) as necessary to gain information and insights, as well as achieve results that are aligned with corporate and functional objectives.
- Conduct market visits in coordination with Sales Director
- Trainings Develop & deliver necessary trainings for sales team on product knowledge & shoppers' profile.
