Customer Service - Telecom (4-8 yrs)
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
Operational Excellence
- Leading all new launches on CS Applications
- Implementing National and circle projects & application migration.
- Handling end to end closure of all aspects pertaining to new developments & Project implementation at circle.
- Ensure seamless Product launch to meet market demand and circle revenue.
- Prevent revenue leakage by flawless product user acceptance testing .
- Creating simplified process and product to improve customer experience
- Implementing system automation and process changes Nationally
- Enhancing system automation to empower front liners.
- Collecting 360 degree Voice of across the organisation
- Creating, Validating & maintaining system Ids for entire Kolkata & Bengal circle.
- Coordinating with corporate and central IT team to resolve application issue

People:
- Cross functional coordination & Team management
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
Experience:
- 1 - 2 year experience in similar role
- Overall experience of at least 2 - 5 years
- 2-3 years in testing, CRM environment
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
Essential : Graduation
Desired : full - time post - graduation in business management/MBA
