Customer Service/Telecalling Role - BPO (0-3 yrs)
We are looking for someone with experience in Customer Service or Freshers with good Communication Skills to work with our Client.
First 3 Months Work from Office(WFO). Way Forward, it is WFH, but should be ready to work 6 days from WFO in every 60 days.
Incentives are provided based on performance.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Answering questions about a company's products or services.
- Processing orders and transactions.
- Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems.
- Delivering information about a company's offerings.
- Providing proactive customer outreach.
- Handling customer complaints.
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback.
Qualifications :
Minimum Qualification : 12th Pass
Languages : English and Hindi (must)
2018 & Above pass outs Only
Less than 3 Years Experience Only
