Customer Service/Telecalling Role (0-3 yrs)
- Generate new leads using cold calling, Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
- Handling Customer Queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Asking Questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
- Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Taking relevant notes on all calls for future use and enter them into database.
Requirements & Skills :
- Should have Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Work experience as a Telecaller, Tele Marketer, or a similar role in the sales Department.
- Good Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Patience and skills to interact with customers in speech communication.
- Good Sales ability.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
