Role Description :
- Responsible for gathering leads and producing sales by speaking with prospective and current customers over the phone.
- Gathering information from the target market, following up with customers to provide new products or services and documenting customer feedback for follow-up actions.
- Discuss with potential customers to inform them of the company's offerings and services.
- Ensure the prospects are aware of the brand along the journey and influence them to enter the sales funnel.
- Engage with existing customers to collect data on the impacts of the company's merchandise or services, which they subsequently relay to the relevant divisions to improve the user experience. A telecaller may also carry out the following tasks :
- Interacting via various channels, such as live chat, emails, social media and direct calls
- Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand
- Acquiring and retaining contact information databases
- Put forward suggestions in accordance with the requirements of the consumer
- Ensure a smooth procedure for the consumer by transferring windows of opportunity to the appropriate department for further action.
