Customer Service/Support Role (1-6 yrs)
To respond to customer issues received through a queue system and deal with each one in line with business standards and resulting in a high level of customer satisfaction on a consistent and ongoing basis
Job Responsibility :
- Execute day to day customer service-related operational tasks to ensure delivery meets customer expectations and offer, and is consistent with set process performance indicators, applicable service level agreements and the customer functions core values.
- Manage a dedicated set of accounts and ensure their reports are filed on time. Voice Communication as needed.
- To maintain queue levels to agreed SLA targets levels
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Customer Service Skills
Requirement
- Min 1 Years Experience required in International Voice Process
