Customer Service & Support Role (1-5 yrs)
Role
- Work in close coordination with the central team as well to improve SLA Wherever required
- To work extensively over Google Sheets and Internal Dashboards
- To understand the overall objective of the calling activity & record responses correctly on various sheets to make qualitative insights
- Candidates should have persuasive skills for converting leads.
- Ensure partner/customer queries are resolved in real-time
- Work on tickets, Partner Walk-ins and Escalations resolving on time
- Call Auditing
- Working on various supply/demand processes and contributing to process improvement.
Skills
- Hindi and Telugu language proficiency
- Ability to train, coach, and support the team members
- Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- High Ownership and Responsiveness at all times
- High level of empathy towards the peers and external stakeholders
