Customer Service/Support Role (0-2 yrs)
Key Points to focus on -
1. The process is a B2B Customer Service Role hence we need smart people.
2. Good Communication Skills is a must.
3. Graduation is a must (Diploma or Result Awaiting will not be eligible).
4. Rotational Shifts & Rotational Weeks. In case they are assigned a shift other than 10 am - 7 pm they will be given the Work From Home option but the Home Location has to be as per point 8 below.
5. Weekend Working Allowance & Overtime working options are available and this will enable people to increase their earning potential.
6. Work From Office Role. Applicants have to be within 30 - 45 mins travel distance from Sector 65, Gurugram (Office Location).
7. Applicants willing to relocate can be given an opportunity but they'll have to relocate before their DOJ else the offer would be revoked.
