Customer Service Specialist - Telecom (3-4 yrs)
Telecom experience would be preferred
3+ experience in a customer service & support role.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Managing Customer relations
Communicate and co-ordinate with vendors for inquires and complaints
Track and Analyze pending transactions to determine any potential frauds
Manage Inventory
Troubleshoot consumer issues via phone, email
Setting up of New Accounts and products
Assisting consumer in online account set up
Work with different Teams to resolve customer complaints
Provide information about products and services
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be flexible in working on weekends and holidays as needed
