Customer Service Specialist - Inbound Voice - Bank (2-5 yrs)
Experience : 2 - 10 Years

Key Responsibilities :
- Displaying complete onus to customers queries/problems
- Delivering service with requisite courtesy and accuracy
- Adhering to product and process requirements, with nil errors
- Effectively resolving customer complaints at the first instance, with excellent customer satisfaction scores Escalating customer issues to the right internal stakeholders
- Ensure process efficiency and effectiveness by
- Complying to service and sales guidelines
- Achieving Call Quality targets
- Cross-sell/upsell set products like
- Resolving customer queries at the first instance of contact, with minimum call handling time
- Loans and mortgages
Role Proficiencies :
- 2- 5 years relevant role in voice customer service
- Shifts as in days/noon/night. It will be rotational
- Fresher with Postgraduates/Engineering Graduates, and Graduates with 2+ year of experience
- Good communication skills in both English and local language
- This role is rotational shift and week offs 24/7 rotational shifts
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Teamwork, verbal and written excellence, resilience and highly motivated for developing a new department
- Excellent lead generation and conversion skill
