Position: Customer Service Specialist
Location: Bangalore (On-site)
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist on behalf of our client, a wellness-focused company. In this role, you will provide exceptional support through chat and voice channels, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the brand's commitment to wellness, transparency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to Customer Inquiries : Handle incoming inquiries across chat and voice channels, providing timely, accurate, and friendly assistance for product questions, orders, shipping, and more.
- Troubleshoot Customer Issues- : Diagnose and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of the client's products, ingredients, and benefits to educate customers and provide personalized recommendations.
- Order Management : Assist with order placements, cancellations, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Complaint Resolution : Address customer complaints with empathy, investigate issues, and coordinate with other teams when necessary to resolve problems efficiently.
- Data Entry & CRM Management : Log customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain up-to-date records and ensure seamless handovers between team members.
- Customer Feedback : Collect and record customer feedback, sharing insights with the team to drive improvements in the customer experience.
Key Requirements :
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in local languages is a plus.
- Customer-centric Attitude: Strong empathy and patience to understand and address customer needs and concerns effectively.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools and working across multiple systems.
