Job Description : Customer Service Specialist
- Projects the polished professional image all the time, Fluent in English,
- Communication is clear and expressive in terms of speaking and writing
- Basic Knowledge of Computers like Words, Excel, PowerPoint
- Follows up on all prospects by using established sales systems
- Complete all formalities of a member that joins/transfers/renews his membership
- Makes courtesy calls to all new members once a month to maintain relationships and ensure the members are regular in using the Club
- Enter Guest courtesy forms in the software
- Make weekly reports
- Actively participates in promotional activities both indoor and outdoor
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle Inbound Calls : Answer incoming calls from international customers, providing timely and accurate assistance.
- Customer Support : Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Issue Resolution : Troubleshoot and resolve issues, providing effective solutions and escalating complex cases to senior team members when necessary.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Product Knowledge : Stay updated on product and service information to effectively address customer needs.
- Communication : Communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring a positive and professional tone in all interactions.
