We are seeking well-spoken, enthusiastic individuals with a drive to address customer issues with sensitivity and empathy. As an Associate in Customer Experience, you will play a crucial role in customer retention by efficiently and successfully addressing concerns and communicating in an empathetic, professional, and positive manner through various channels such as call, chat, and email.
Responsibilities :
Customer Support: Resolve problems and concerns raised by customers on the app via chat, phone, and email.
Customer Relationship : Establish trust with customers by ensuring qualitative service, demonstrating empathy, and maintaining excellent communication.
-Product Knowledge : Learn the products and services offered thoroughly to provide timely and efficient resolutions to customer issues.
Problem-Solving :- Troubleshoot problems and see them through to resolution.
- Communication:- Maintain a pleasant demeanor in spoken interactions and a polite, relevant tone in written communications.

Eligibility :
- Education:- Bachelor's Degree from a regular course.
- Experience:-
- Experienced (maximum 2 years) in Customer Service.
- Freshers from Hospitality/Service Industry backgrounds or tier 1-2 colleges/universities.
- Communication Skills:-
- Proficient in English and Hindi.
- Good typing skills (minimum of 60 words per minute with 95% accuracy).
- Personality:- Evident in both spoken and written interactions:
- Spoken:- Warm, respectful tone, modulated speed, and easy to understand.
- Written:- Polite, relevant responses, avoiding overly casual language.
