Description :
- As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will revolve around effectively handling customer inquiries(online) and leveraging various communication channels for sales conversion.
Key Responsibilities :
Inbound Calls : Handle incoming calls from prospective customers, providing product information, addressing inquiries, and guiding them through the sales process.
Tech-Generated Inquirie s: Manage inquiries generated through our website, chatbots, and other tech-based systems. Respond promptly and assist potential customers in their decision-making process.
WhatsApp API Calls : Utilize WhatsApp API for sales inquiries, ensuring timely and informative responses.
Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and stay updated on any new offerings or changes.
Sales Conversion : Engage with customers effectively, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions to convert inquiries into sales.
Customer Relationship : Build rapport with customers, fostering long-term relationships and customer loyalty.
Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of inbound inquiries, responses, and conversions. Provide regular reports on performance and trends.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
1-2 years of customer support experience, with a proven track record of successful conversions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in handling inbound calls and using communication tools like WhatsApp API.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new communication platforms and technologies.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
