Customer Service Specialist (1-10 yrs)
Job Summary:
You will be handling customer queries over call, chat and email on a daily basis. Additionally, you will also be involved in customer retention and feedback.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer queries via phone, email and chat.
- Assist customers with product adoption, its features and its utility.
- Assist with payments for activation and upgrade of subscription.
- Conduct customer surveys and interviews to collate customer feedback & experiences.
- Devise & execute strategies for customer retention.
