Customer Service Role - Voice Process - NGO (0-1 yrs)
- Calling Specialist
- We are looking for dynamic professionals who can give customer support/verification services on call to a NGO smile India.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
SHIFT : Day
Working DAYS : MON - SAT
Location : A100 Sec 4, Noida
The major roles & responsibilities include :
1. Make calls to given data within the timeframe
2. Provide correct information to the customers
3. Enters details into the software
4. Provide product/service information by answering questions; offering assistance.
5. Maintain database by entering and verifying information; updating contact log.
6. Improve quality results by recommending changes.
7. Keep equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions.
8. Keep on updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities & training programs.
9. Add value to the organization by his/her behavior & performance.
Salary Expectations :
- We are looking for professionals with experience and freshers too
- The salary will range 15,000 (Salary + Incentives Structure)
