Customer Service Role - Voice Process - eCommerce (0-6 yrs)
Location: Noida
Process Name: - Paytm Customer Service
Designation - Executive operations (CSA)
CSA is required to take inbound calls related to customer requests, queries and complaints for Paytm.
CTC: 12.5k to 14k
Pre- Requisites:
- Must be an Indian Citizen and resident and should be 18 years of Age.
- Must have above average (Verbal) English communication skills and strong Hindi communication skills
- Should be flexible between a windows of 24/7 rotational environment (Female between 7am to 7Pm).
- Fixed 9 hours shift.
- No transport (one side transport during the odd hours only after 10.30pm and before 7am or no usage of transport
allowances)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Under-Graduate or Graduate with 0 to 6 yrs customer service experience (Salary CTC 12.5K-14K).
Job Description:
- Must possess above Good English communication skills, and strong Hindi skill.
- Clarity of speech with neutral accent.
- Should have problem solving attitude.
- Positive attitude and commitment to grow with the organization.
Voice portfolios:

- 6 days a week Operations, rotational off.
