The Job
Responsibilities :
- Engaged in handling calls Inbound Calls For US Travel Process.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment pleasant, professional, and courteous personality skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Converting Reservation query calls to sales calls.
- Ability to Identify Opportunity and Implement Process Improvements.
- Has technical experience and skills in the areas of problem determination, creativity, and analysis.
Ideal Candidate :
Required Candidate Profile :
- Should have minimum B2 (Spanish) level for Fresher
- Possess excellent Spanish communication skills
- Have a good attitude - should be committed to the work.
- Candidate has to be minimum 10+2 passed
- Should be flexible with night shift
