Customer Service Role - Voice Process - BPO (1-5 yrs)
- Team members are required to answer customer queries through calls or e - mails (Majorly Calls - including inbound and outbound calls)
Supporting customers with their queries pertaining to :
- Flights/Hotels /Transfers
- Bookings/Cancellation/Refund
- New Reservation
- Claim Handling
Other Details :
- 5 Days working+ Rotational Shift ( 24- 7 ) + Roster off + Cab facility within hiring zone.
Experience and Qualifications :
Academic Qualifications & Experience :
- Graduate
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Travel or Customer service (Voice or blended)
- Fresher ( Completed Travel diploma)/ Experience ( 6 month - 3 year )
- Travel experience mandatory
- GDS( Amadeus) knowledge an added advantage
Systems Skills & Experience :
- Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office software packages
Key Competencies :
- Good Communication (both verbal & written)
- Pursuing no other full time Education
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute towards team goals
- Should be a team player
- Should be able to work in a high pressure environment
- Flexible to work in night shifts (24- 7 shifts)
