Job Description :
- Voice process involves resolving the customer queries.
- In case there are any issues, escalate the same to the higher officials.
- Create reports on the work done and submit it to the team lead/manager.
- Candidates should be fluent in Kannada and English
- Knowledge of any other South Indian language will be an added advantage.
- 9.00 Am to 6.00 Pm shift for 10.00 Am to 7.00 Pm shift
- Weekly Sunday fixed off.
- Good knowledge in Customer Service.
- Willing to learn and ready to adopt for new environment.
