- The responsibility of an advisor as customer service associate will be to assist our customers end to end.
- High attention to details, accuracy, and quality for any queries around billing, package related and Broadband and Cable Setup box not working.
- Ability to multi-task in usage of different applications and tools.
- 58 Versant and regular V&A and OPS
- Prior international call center work experience preferred.
- Flexible to work in shifts
