Job Role and Responsibility:
- Candidate have to attend inbound and outbound calls of UK B2B customers.
- Giving information related to the service of company
- Resolving product and services related queries
- Maintaining excel sheet
- Achieving monthly target

Required Qualifications :
1) HSC/Graduate candidates with a minimum 1 Year International BPO experience in Voice.
2) Age Limit 20 To 35 Year
Required Skills :
- Excellent communication skills in English for Voice process
- Salary Offered+incentives
- Transport facility will be provided to the candidates within the transport boundaries.
Shift Time: 8 PM - 5 AM
Weekend Off ( Saturday - Sunday )
