Customer Service Role - Voice Process (0-2 yrs)
SHOULD BE FLUENT IN KANNADA LANGUAGE
- Handling calls/ queries / requests pertaining to product and service for inbound / out bound calls effectively.
- Complaint Management. Solving customer grievances.
- Applying process / product Knowledge in replying to customers
- An immediate joiners are preferred.
Minimum Qualification: HSC to Any degree.
Salary: Fresher : 15K CTC, Experience : 16 k CTC to 20 k CTC.
Shift Timings: 9 am to 6.30 pm.
Week off: 8 Week off per month.
