Customer Service Role - Voice & Chat Process (0-1 yrs)
Process: Fintech Voice & Chat process
Designation : Voice & Chat process
Proficiency in Accounting, Finance Concepts.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Communicate with client customers to help resolve the issues being faced
- Receive, process, and verify the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing the companys internal CRM/mainframe systems and customer purchase orders
- Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document interactions through contact tracking
- Access the company's internal systems to obtain and extract order information and provide customer service management with the data for inclusion in various scheduled and special reports
- Initiate required action for response to customer service requests for order changes, including the maintenance of order/customer information files and communicates changes to the appropriate personnel/departments
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
- Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
- Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
- Take clients through a series of actions, chat, until they- ve solved a technical issues
Eligibility : Any Graduate 2018,2019,2020,2021 Pass-Out
Competency Requirements :
- Excellent communication skills spoken and written in English
- Fluent in accounting terms and skills.
