Department : Social Media

Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate

- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skill.

- Candidates must express interest in joining Social Media Support Team, Experience in social media channels /supporting customers

- Experience in Call/Chat/Email customer engagement at Contact Center preferred

Job Responsibilities :

1. Assist in managing company social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.

2. Identifies and resolves customer issues using easily understood written communication. 


3. Handle unhappy customers on social networking platforms.

4. Compose responses independently and in accordance with processes guidelines.

Salary : 3 Lac CTC and Other Benefits
