Customer Service Role - Service Desk - BPO (0-6 yrs)
- Provide timely and accurate technical support via phone, email, or chat to Adobe software users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Adobe products, including software installation, configuration, and functionality.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Adobe software products, features, updates, and compatibility requirements.
- Document customer interactions, technical solutions, and troubleshooting steps in the support ticketing system for future reference.
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards in all customer interactions.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate level of support within the organization, ensuring timely resolution.
- Educate customers on best practices, tips, and tricks for optimizing their use of Adobe software products.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new Adobe software releases, and emerging technologies to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
Requirements :
- Any Graduate can apply. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service roles, preferably in a BPO environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe software products such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Acrobat, and Photoshop is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
