We are currently hiring for the position of SAP CS(Customer Service ) and Functional Expert for Pune, Chennai and Hyderabad Location.
Job Description: SAP Customer Service (CS) Functional Expert
Experience:7-10 yrs relevant

Location: Pune Chennai Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and migration of the SAP Customer Service (CS) module.
- Design and configure customer service processes including service order management, service contracts, and warranty management.
- Optimize customer service workflows to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
- Integrate CS with other SAP modules such as SD, MM, and FICO.
- Develop, configure, and deploy SAP solutions tailored to customer service needs.
- Analyze business processes related to customer service and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective SAP CS solutions.
- Lead master data migration activities related to customer service, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance.
- Plan and execute the cutover strategy for customer service data, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently without requiring additional handholding.
- Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users on SAP CS functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP CS with other SAP modules and external systems.
- Develop and configure interfaces using EDI/IDOC for communication with external systems if required.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to customer service.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP implementation and migration projects, specifically in the CS module.
- Proven expertise in SAP CS with relevant certifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of customer service processes and how they integrate with SAP solutions.
- Proficiency in configuring and optimizing customer service processes to meet business requirements.
Skills and Experience:
- Extensive knowledge of SAP CS module and its integration with other SAP modules.
- Experience in master data migration related to customer service and ensuring data quality.
- Ability to plan and execute cutover strategies for customer service data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to customer service processes.
- Proficiency in SAP configuration and optimization for customer service management.
- Experience in managing service orders, contracts, and warranty processes within SAP.
- Knowledge of developing and configuring EDI/IDOC interfaces for communication with external systems is an added advantage.
