Customer Service Role - Real Estate (1-3 yrs)
The position would be for the Owners club loyalty program, where a concierge would answer owners' questions on the program and to help owners with doing online orders on other brand websites and payments for Nobroker services.
- Take inbound calls
- Understand owner's requirements on call, help out the owner with program details, place online orders on other brand websites, help owner with availing services and subscription plans on Nobroker Platform
- Keep track of requests and data entry
