Customer Service Role - Outbound Voice Process - BPO (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to provide information about products or services, or to resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Keep records of calls and sales, and note useful information.
- Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics.
- Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
Skills Required :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
