Job Description :
STRATEGIC :
- To play a dynamic role in controlling and managing customer interaction and experience.
OPERATIONAL :
- To manage customer experience with regards to Stylecracker by discharging the following operations
- To manage & create the entire customer experience for their entire life- cycle on our platform.
- To conduct training programmes for and manage the person who shall be communicating with prospective clients.
- To devise strategies and implement them effectively with the view of enhancing customer experience at each & every level of activity of SC Boxes.
- To devise, implement & closely monitor a thorough system in relation to customer feedback and response.
- To ensure that customer grievance in relation to returns/exchanges etc. are addressed timely and efficiently.
- To direct and control the packaging and shipping process with the logistics team.
- To coordinate and communicate effectively with the logistics partner so as to ensure all the delivery related issues are addressed and solved on a timely basis.
