Customer Service Role - IT (5-10 yrs)

Skills:
Candidate must have Customer Service team handling and process management experience in the BFSI domain
- Customer query and escalation management skills (Mandate)
- Contact Centre experience (desired)
- Good/ Strong analytical and reporting skills (mandate)
Duties:
- Work closely with all functions to understand the business needs.
- Should be able to align himself / herself with the Operations, Sales, and Collections Teams to understand the org. mandate and interpret it to the service fulfilment
- Time will be an essence for this role; hence we are looking for someone who understands criticality of the timely delivery of the solutions.
- Capable and Open to handle service issues and escalations coming direct from the customers and take it to the closure with the help of systems and decisions from respective stakeholders.
- Third party relationship management (such as Vendors, Suppliers, both on Services and IT solutioning)
- Should be able to easily adapt various IT systems used in the business and keep identifying the improvement areas.
