Customer Service Role - IT (2-5 yrs)
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interact professionally with users via email and chat.
- Provide user and administrator-level support of software platform. Ensure that issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Assist with new customer onboarding activities, including contract facilitation and system configuration.
- Help identify opportunities to improve the software platform and customer/user communications.
- Contribute to our internal and customer-facing knowledge bases.
- At least 2 years experience in a professional customer service position/s.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. The ability to communicate in other languages is desired.
- Experience in the learning industry and/or software development is strongly preferred.
